Paper Street

a journal of the unbroken mind

Contributors

Kevin P. Siu
Kevin is an intelligent fellow who has been described by some as a psychological enigma. He is a headstrong character who is always willing to speak his mind to anyone willing to listen. He enjoys discussing politics and sociology with friends, though many have dismissed these topics as irrelevant or boring.

Since childhood, he has been interested in all things cutting-edge, always looking for the latest technological trends and scientific advancements to get hooked on to. He is particularly opinionated on issues regarding the impact of new scientific developments and technology on society and everyday life.

Alex M. Chong
Alex, better known to his peers as ‘amc’, has been posting on his personal blog “Societal-Rants” since 2005 before moving his posts to Paper Street. Alex created Societal-Rants in grade 11 as an outlet during his early stage of discovering his position in the ridiculous society he lives in. Since the start of his blog, Alex continues to think about the world around him and has an undying passion to discuss social issues and concepts with others. Alex will be focusing his discussions on sociology, and draws examples from situations that hit close to home.

Always a lively and animated presence, Alex is a creative fellow who is passionate about life and in everything he does. This unpredictable character has been known to do some crazy things and indulge in rather odd projects, including creating many random objects constructed completely of cardboard.

George C. Wu
George writes a lot, and is in the process of writing a few articles with the intention of contributing to the site. Whether any of it will ever make it is a totally different question, however. Needless to say, it will certainly be a cold day in hell when any of his writing appears on Paperstreet.

Chris Wheeler

Ray Xu
Ray is often introduced as a carefree accident-prone fellow, but despite his humbling history with accidents, he is also very strong-willed, and once he sets his mind on something, you’ll be hard pressed to beat him at it. Sometimes described as eccentric, Ray’s soft voice belies his sometimes extravagant opinions. He is also a self-described existentialist who believes firmly in the power of logic and reason. His interests include philosophy, religion, and psychology.

Tyler Durden
Not much is known of this shady fellow. He is occasionally seen swaggering around Paper Street, though nobody knows who he is. Rumour has it that he is an evil alter-ego of some prominent Paper Street contributors.
